If you’d asked me 11 years ago where I’d be today, I never could have predicted this moment—celebrating a project Erika brought to me that has grown into something so successful and filled my life with the most incredible people.

Erika, you are the definition of dedication and perseverance. I am so happy I walked into your store all those years ago! Thank you for taking a chance on this small town Arkansas girl! I love you! Without you and Virginia, 387 would be nothing. You’ve been the backbone of my little dream, an amazing friend, and a total badass boss.

To my team… you’re not just colleagues. You’ve become family. You cheer me on, love my kids like your own, and believe in me even when I don’t. I can’t put into words how much that means.

And to our clients—without you, we are nothing. Your support, loyalty, and love have carried me through life’s highest highs and lowest lows. Your compassion and fierce belief in us never stop amazing me.
